Past Experience
Chris performs a variety of financial analysis functions including pro forma development, tax impact analysis and master project budget estimation. Former clients include the Cincinnati Cyclones, Rochester Rhinos, San Antonio Spurs and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.
Chris previously worked for Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES), which was sold to Marquette Capital in 2003. Prior to joining LMRES, Christopher was employed by several hotels as an auditor. Immediately prior to joining the consulting group at Legg Mason Real Estate Services, Christopher worked at Frantz Lithographics.

Christopher holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Rider University and a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salespersons License.
